Introduction to the Business Zone Diagnostics and Faulting journeys
An introduction to the Ethernet diagnostics and fault journeys now available in Business Zone.
We're replacing Eco Plus with a new improved online diagnostics and fault journeys for Ethernet. Accessed via Business Zone, the new journey will allow you to diagnose and raise Ethernet faults faster and easier.
- Ease of use. Diagnosing and raising Ethernet faults is now easier due to an intuitive and more guided experience.
- Improved information. You can now see more information about your service and settings to help you fault easier.
- Saves time. Raising a fault is now much faster. There’s fewer questions and more pre-populated fields.
Feedback for the new journey has been overwhelmingly positive compared to Eco Plus. We'll continue to listen to your feedback to improve our diagnostics and fault journeys even further.
