Ofcom requires all telephone service providers to comply with their General Conditions C5.8 and C5.9 and Relay UK provides you with an easy and affordable way to fulfil this obligation.
You can be confident our service meets Ofcom's C5.8 and C5.9 requirements. Calls can be made to UK national, mobile, premium rate and international telephone numbers, at any time, any day.
Users access the service simply by dialling a prefix before the telephone number. There's no extra charge for using Relay UK: calls are charged at standard call rates. Relay UK is a high quality and very reliable service. If any users need assistance, we offer helpdesk support.
The service automatically configures for calls between the Relay UK app or a traditional textphone and other phones. All calls managed by Relay UK are relayed securely and remain private and confidential. Emergency services, government departments and banks all use this service.
