BT Wholesale is participating in the Openreach G.fast desk-based diagnostics Proof of Concept (PoC) starting on Tuesday, 3 April 2018.
The desk-based diagnostic process aims to help service providers assess speed-related G.fast fault reports and decide the best course of action.
Openreach will investigate each case, assess performance, document identifiable issues, and respond to the service provider with a short report and recommendation.
