How do I contact the BT Wholesale Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) team?

Can you help with a CPS status check for CPS Calling Line Identifier (CLI)
You can call the BT Wholesale CPS provision team on 0870 241 1419* for help checking Calling Line Identifier (CLI) for CPS service providers CPS Operator (CPSO).
Please use our online contact us form for all other questions.
*Our provisioning team can be contacted from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Sorry, we’re not open UK public and bank holidays. Calls are charged at up to 13p / minute plus your phone company’s access charge.

My CPS service isn’t working - who can I contact?
If you’re an end user of our CPS service, please contact your CPS service provider (or re-seller) who will contact the BT Wholesale CPS provision or repair team on your behalf.

Where can I find Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) and Reseller Identity (RID) codes?
CPS codes are four digit codes starting with the digit 8 (e.g. 8xxx).
RID codes are three character alphabetic codes which are used in the Notification of Transfer (NoT) switching process.
You’ll find a full list of CPS and RID codes on the Ofcom website.
