Thursday 29 April, London: BT Wholesale today announced its new partner programme, Partner Plus, available now for Wholesale customers to join.
BT Wholesale Partner Plus is a three-tier programme which has been designed to make it easier for partners to collaborate and integrate with BT Wholesale’s suite of experts and services. Building on existing services for the partner community, BT Wholesale Partner Plus formalises the current offerings, creating a strong foundation for a partner network. With simplicity and flexibility in mind, Partner Plus ensures that BT Wholesale partners can continue to innovate at pace and deliver greater services to their customers.
Partner Plus is made up of three tiers – Partner, Premium and Elite - each with varying benefits, organised by a simple points-based system.
Each tier will come with a greater range of benefits than seen before, including commercial support, sales and marketing resources, learning tools built by industry experts and access to exclusive events. These benefits will be delivered through BT Wholesale’s new Partner Plus Hub which offers an end-to-end digital experience, giving partners control of their account with a range of self-serve tools.
And, with over 70 percent of partners asking for more brand association with BT Wholesale, eligible members of the Partner Plus programme can now – for the first time - qualify to use the BT Wholesale brand in their marketing communications to demonstrate their partner status with a trusted UK provider, whilst also building their own identity.
BT Wholesale partner, Spitfire, an internet telephony service provider and ISP, is the first organisation to officially join the Partner Plus Elite programme.
